Safety from Escrow

Once the Wallet and the ACES Coins are released to the investors we will wait 7 days to see if problems arise with the wallet or Coin, then I will release the Bitcoins to the issuer. Below the graph there is shown what amount of fee is needed to get instant confirmation. Checking that page could prevent that transactions are stuck for hours or days because they dont get a confirmation.

Investor Verification

There are two ways to verify your investment which is important when, for some reason, the investment has to be refunded back to investors.

First way:

Only send Bitcoins from an address you can sign a private message from or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since in case of REFUND you can't proof otherwise that you sent bitcoins when you, for example, sent the bitcoins directly from an Exchange. In that case better send them first to your wallet and then from there to the escrow address.

Second way:

Another alternative to proof your ownership of a payment would be to send me the last 4 numbers of your user id as satoshies in your transaction.

Move your mouse over my username, see my profile id is 18640. You can see yours when you are in your profile and hover the mouse over the links on the left menu. Something like u=18640 in the links show your User-ID. The last 4 digits are 8640. When you add these 4 numbers as satoshies to your payment then it is pretty sure it's your payment too.

For example you want to send 2 bitcoins and your profile id would be 18640 then you send 2.00008640 Bitcoin.

Refunds possible?

Refunds can only be done in case the issuer agrees or there are reasons to stop the ICO by the escrow, because there came up doubts that make the ICO too insecure to proceed.

As long as you did not verify your investment transaction in some way I will see your investment as unverified. Otherwise it could mean a random person could claim an investment as his investment and steal it from a shareholder.

Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. Either by signing a message from the sending bitcoin address or by your investment amount matching your forum user id. See description about verification above.

If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for me and the (potential real) owner of that investment. You would want I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right?

I do not run the ICO. I never get involved that far. I only provide the escrow address so funds of investors are safe though I already told the issuer that involving me only will bring something when people want to invest but want security. He needs to provide info and trust so that people can see it is a coin that is worth to invest.

Though I hope that I can make the ICO's happening on bitcointalk a bit safer. Or escrow trades in general I think of it as a way to help the bitcoin community. :P In fact it's a win for dev and investor most of the time though devs really should, before starting a new ICO, check out how the successfull ICO's worked.

I do escrow all ICO's because that way I can help prevent scams from happening. It helped often enough when it only comes into scam devs hands at the end because then there is enough time to find things that do not match.

Well, when you say it this way... I can't say if investment start because people feel save having the funds in escrow. I think they start because they wanted but want to see first what the dev delivers... before their funds will be send to the dev. Or he doesn't and they get their coins back in a limited timeframe. Maybe it's not clear to say. I only can say that doing this helped stopping a good bunch of scams already.

Well, My short review here :

The ANN design is professional. No flaws.
The ICO went well. No flaws. You have used the great escrow.
I do appreciate the coin specifications.

However, you have very little promotions. This ICO might have generated some big amounts.
You haven't announced your promotions in Marketplaces section. If you have announced that there, you would have got more followers.

Still now, you got 77 folloers, but only 5 people including me, retweeted your tweets. Strictly no good promotion.

The good thing is the coin is rated well in coinexchange. Buy support is building up. Good news for holders and people want to trade for profits with ACES.

And I suggest everyone to gamble more with ACES.

Good luck to the dev. Keep going regardless of the concerns from the community. You have got good support.

Hi everyone... it looks like the ICO ended and like the escrow rules state there will be a 7 days period of waiting time in which escrow will hold coins after wallets and coins are spread to the investors. This time is meant as an additional insurance to the investors. So please check if everything is working fully fine and that there is nothing related to a scam that can be proven. PM me if there is something since I probably can't read all posts.

If the waiting time went by without a proof that forces me to hold the coins I will release the coins to the dev then.

I wish everyone good luck with the coin and that it is a stable and prospering one and the dev keeps developing it to hold its value. :)

I personally don't think this coin is a scam, it's just undergone a huge dump on yobit, however, to the best of my knowledge the dev was only holding 10M coins ans over 20M were dumped yesterday on yobit at once. I think this is a dump from the ICO and personally don't believe it's the dev that's done it.

I could be wrong, but that's my gut feeling.

I agree, maybe he will jump on today and put people's mind at rest. I'd imagine he's probably had a bit of a shock/ego hit from the dump.

Looks to me like some of the initial big holders from the ICO dumped large amounts when the coin was reasonably stable at 850-900sats. As long as they managed to offload a fair amount at that price, that would explain the huge dump now, as any price on their remaining coins would still be pure profit.

First of all; ico price was 10 sat, you can check it in thread...  and only 8 persons particiatedin the ICO , then,coins was shared in that proportion
being an single shareholder owner of more than 40mln coins
we,teamhave an address with 9.800.000 coins for the blackjack and games founds .
So, I am ery sad when Isee the greedy guy selling and playing with the coin .
