The situation is that i´m a tourist having a few days in Miami. Having a different shipping and billing adress for your buys is sometimes a pain in the @ss.. Amazon.. problems.. BestBuy.. problems.. Ncixus.. guess what.. no luck. I´m not even looking for RX480. I want some 1070s to test them. Any ideas or places to try with stock or fast shipping, accepting Visa/Amex from a foreigner ?? People who buy in stores have to idea how to instal a RAM in their computers. And people who can build super overclocked custom system do not go to the stores. Registering at Newegg is a no-go as they dont accept my credit card (not even a visa prepaid debit card). I cant fill the billing details, only USA addresses.
