If you really want cheap one you can buy iphone 5s instead . Edit: We should check also if the iphone is FU or factory unlock that you can use any simcard we want also we need to check if there is icloud account.. If yes he should give the whole details icloud and password.. Dont buy it if he can't provide is its important that you should know that things.. before you buy.. Moreover, this price looks suspicious and I wont bank on it... A word they say its enough for the wise... My 2 cents...
