Those are issued by a reputable bank, will let you load up to 10.000 (any currency) and withdraw up to 15.000 (any currency, by that i mean your currency)
As i said it is fully anonimous so no need for any document, just basic details /shipping details.

What country is the issuing bank from? Do you accept escrow?

Like it states, from EU US or UK, you have to state which country you want it from.

This is a physical card, therefore NO escrow (you have to pay it first since i would have to pay for shipping ecc)

therefore, if you want a EU card it will be issued from Germany, a US card from US and UK from UK

can I receive EUR or USD from someone pay me directly with IBAN or ACH Debit to this card?
And, can I send funds inside my card elsewhere (another bank account, to pay someone, or buy nuke)?

Yes you can receive other currencies too, but it will automatically be converted into the currency that has your card.
Yes you will also receive the credentials to operate your account online (works just like a bank account but the difference is, you DO NOT have to register any of your details, this is what makes it anon)

The only possible option i know for this would be that these are Payoneer Mastercards opened with fraudent details.

It can receive any sepa transfer you want, it has no limitation.

you should consider accepting escrow if you want to sell something .you are a newbie. Also when you make business, you pay for the product and you wait to sell it.
