If you have learned crypto trading well, you could also be good in trading penny stocks as well. Simply because its almost the same thing.
If you own 1,000 WAVES token then its technically like owning 1,000 shares of the WAVES public company. 1K WAVES is like $200.
Its not a huge investment but still have the huge opportunity when price changes and it always occur due to supply and demand like it does to both penny stock and crypto trading.

You are correct to have compared cryptocoin trading tp penny stock trading but what you said mighrt have received a wider acceptance if you do not make reverence to any coin because this forum is full of cryptocoins devs.

I often hear the penny stock comparison but I'm very unfamiliar with them. What's the deal with them?

A lot of people buy crypto with the far future in mind. Do people buy penny stocks expecting them to become legit successes or are they all aware that they're short term thrills and nothing else?

Penny stocks are those stocks with good potential to grow but they are less than $1 and they worth more than $5 in actual sense but because they are newly introduced assets into the stock exchange they tends to sell low inform of ipo etc.

Penny stocks can also be pumped and dumped but like crypto we as traders can check which coin has the potential too.
That is why we get to invest to companies with better future.

I don't think Crypto Trading is like Penny Stock Trading.both are different.If you apply Crypto Trading strategy on Penny Stock Trading it does not work.Crypto Trading is less volatile than Penny Stock Trading.In Penny Stock Trading which coin you are holding that coin have more possibility to disappear in a single night.

True. They are different in some ways because a penny stock trader can earn tens of thousands a day in Penny Stocks which may not be possible in cryopto. Unless you can invest and dump hundreds of BTC worth of coins, been here in btctalk for a long time and no one does that as far as I know and if someone does that, it could turn the coin dead in a single night.

And like crypto trading, volume is very important as its the the amount coin in BTC being traded. This goes the same thing with penny stocks, you buy the stock for maybe $0.01 and sell it after the pump. The great thing is that these companies already exist and operational, all you need is to choose the right one with the possibilities to grow. you don't need to wait for an announcement which could be messed up by trolls and fudsters.

For those who are not yet trading on crypto yet, its best to work on penny stocks first before going to crypto because you'll learn well here to which you can apply on crypto.

yes on crypto trading volume is very important.If you trade big volume I must sure you will lose your all investment very soon.I have 8 years experience on trading and lose over $100k and now I know the key of getting profit from trading.you need at least 3 years experience on trading before investment.For example first your you can seen market up and up second year you can seen market down and down third year you can  Speculate and see your strategy work or not.You never invest not more than 5% of your total investment and every trade you have to set SL and TP.thanks
