Coin is only 2 months on Poloniex so maybe more unstable then others. There was 40k DCR traded today. Maybe was someone just impatient and bough them expensive. Sellers couldn't drive the price downwards so when whales come to buy. there will be an increase in the price naturally. Besides, there supply of this coin is very little so it would not be too difficult to pump the coin.
