Title: Current BTC Price in the official client Post by: Houseonfire on March 23, 2013, 09:03:57 PM I'm sure its been discussed before, but would it be possible to add a menu so users can add a link in from any trading system (mtgox etc) so it puts the current BTC price in bitcoin-qt?

What if tomorrow MtGox will be shut down? I highly doubt that would just randomly happen. But if it does that why there are other trading websites. And it wouldn't be official. It's not official now for a reason, so why make it official? Just an instruction to do it would allow people to do it if they wanted to.
