I dont recieve payment after claiming. Do you guys have the same problem. Amount is going back to zero as if everything is fine and claim was succesfull but nothing appears in my Xapo wallet. Is there a problem with the faucet

I still struggle with this problem. I sent an e-mail to admin but no answer. Does anyone else have the same issue?

If you send him email and he is ignoring you maybe email went to spam folder? Send him another one, if he doesn't respond just move to next faucet. Its nothing new that faucet wont pay. Btw, how many satoshi are you waiting?

I have several hundred refs. It is very frustrating after investing such a long time.

Same problem here they don't pay anymore for now. Possible they need to refill or it's really end of story for this faucet. They paid for long time already and looked stable before they were almost never empty.

Oh, sorry to hear that. Its nothing that you can do really, and i know how frustrating it can be. If your balance is zero, and nothing is in wallet, maybe this faucet is now dead and dry, just automatic cleaning balance's and never send coins to wallet.

Check the site now, they apologized for freezing and they promise site will be fully operational soon.
They paid me my left balance there, it was about 40k satoshi, not much, but still it was freezed for a month or so...

You are spamming this forum. End of story. I have hundered of referrals and always got paid as it was promised. They are one of the best out there in faucet market. Openning a brand-new account and posting all this comments are not going to do you any good. I don`t even know who the owner is, but if you have a personal problem this is not the way to solve it.

I received payments instantly with the following withdraws:

But starting today, my following withdraws reset my account balance to 0 and I haven't received the payments:

I have the same problem again. It was solved in the past after contacting support. I will e-mail again.

Isn't it because of the xapo fees? Or you've claimed large amount? I tried to claim too and as expected it didn't come in my wallet but it's a small amount so I guess it was used to pay the fee. I always use this faucet before but I stopped after I knew about XAPO fees when receiving small amount.

There is no such a thing as fee between XAPO wallets. Once again, this new rules does not apply when you transfer funds from one xapo wallet to another xapo wallet. It`s FREE.

You can explain it calmly. Sorry, I forgot about that. I just thought of it because of this "Payment threshhold of 100 satoshi. See: https://in.xapo.com/fees/" stated in fieldbitcoins.com site itself.

I gave up on this faucet after a long time I constantly had virus attacks when I went to the site, so I decided that such a small profit is not worth the effort, but if you are do not get paid, this is not the first time, before it happened a couple of times perhaps also trying to scare away players who earn a lot of BTC

I am facing with the same problem again. I claimed about 5k satoshi today and did not receive in Xapo wallet. I have sent an email. Annoying that it keep happening. How hard could it be the find the bug and solve the issue for good.

Tell me, is the problem solved? I really do not want to lose my balance.

But my payments, antil this time, have not yet been received.

I have had two issues in the last couple of weeks alone with failure to pay a claim. I'm under the impression that frequent users get their accounts frozen because the site owner does not want to pay. I no longer recommend this faucet.

This faucet is not paying !!! Ignore it and go to the next one...
