We have been doing this for ten months now and paid out almost a million dollars using PayPal. Nobody can ever guarantee there won't be a problem when using a third party but we do guarantee that we have sufficient funds to pay all clients by an alternative method if that becomes necessary. Many of our clients have no knowledge of OTC so even if we were to use that rating system it would be an incomplete view of our client history. On one hand, these statements are unrelated. On the other hand, the 2nd is a trusim: one of the parties of a trade would be a counterparty in that trade.
