Add luckyb.it and sportsbet.io to your list. Best sites for me so far, and I haven't had any problems with them regarding payments and stuff.  :)

Well your list so good, but you can really never assure their service. They may be trusted in terms of paying their users but you can never really  say that their game is fair. You can try to create your own gambling site instead so you can fully trust your self lol.
