5 daya ago I sent a btc deposit into my poloniex btc deposit wallet. I have done this 2 other times with success from the exact same sending wallet. I have had a support ticket being processed for 5 days with no response. On blockchain.info it says it was confirmed and sucessful, along with my previous 2 deposit transfers to the poloniex deposit address.  I still have not received the coin, also there is no history of this transaction in my poloniex history, my older 2 transactions are in the polo history. My support ticket number is 58615. What else can I do to receive this coin?

did you ask in the troll? you can ask with their MOD, send support ticket again because polo support system still delay their time to answering their member.

i have some problem too in last month but after i contact support all of my problem fixed, and now i can trade at poloniex normaly without any issue/problem.

You always hear horror stories about Poloniex and their exchanges from numerous of their customers.
Their customer service is quite poor from what I heard as well.
Why anyone would entrust their coin with them is something I can not or ever will understand. :-\

I also had a similar issue in the near past but after contacting a moderator (you can write on the trollbox and someone from the staff should respond to you), since the transaction is confirmed, even if it isn't the transaction should be listed on the deposit history, but seems that the issue is on their system.

i have been similar experience such as you sending bitcoin to my poloniex account and it was confirmed from my blockchain wallet but doesn't show up into my account and i had support ticket regarding this issue and less than 48 hours my issue has been resolved and usually they will respond your issue less than 24 hours by email and you better checking your email first and if untill 5 days but no respond from them just send again support ticket several times because nothing you could do besides that thing and waiting

I have a similar problem. I wanted to get the LTC. The proisolol has failed. Appealed to support 18 days ago. Ticket # 162513. How long to wait is not clear.

12 days waiting on a BTS deposit.

I am one of they customer and have never had any problems from them. I think op should send a message to mod. It seem something went wrong some were and hope they resolve this issue and credit your wallet without further delay.

For two and a half years this is my first problem, but the volume of trading on Polo is impressive. I hope that the level of service will be improved.

because there are many sheep and then they come on forums complaining that the exchanger is gone :)

I have similar problem with BCH. Support doesn't respond for almost 30hours and I don't have coins. Is there any way to contact them? Or is that just they don't give a sh.... about it?
btw my tickec is 516269. Maybe someone from Poloniex is here to pick it up.

Your problem resolved, did they credit your lumen to wallet/account?
