Yes but sometimes the rules made by the organizers of the contest was very high and it looks just the way in which he is seeking profit rather than to give a gift, regardless of big or small he can from the intended site.

He has every right to stop it without a winner if you read the rules properly. Also I have been reading the thread and I hae not seen any good idea but most of the post there are ridiculously repetitive for the sake of their spammy posts.

This thread is pointless. The rules of the "contest" were clear, and it is not like he defaulted you on a loan or something like that.

No,he doesn't.Look the amount of shit spam taking place in their games and rounds thread,posting user names for account farming.He never gave a shit.As long as the contest is concerned,its clearly mentioned that winning is not guaranteed if he is not satisfied by the answers.Nothing to whine about,with an alt account mate.

where users can post on a bi-daily (?) basis in order to claim a small amount of BTC to play at the site.

Sorry man, i don't believe it with what you say about it. as i know lightlord have gambling site and he run signature campaign without problem. please read before join to giveaway,contest,etc.
