But you'll probably find something better.

If you want to save money, just choose a theme there, it's easy to find someone to customize it if you don't have the time, making a good theme from scratch is quite expensive.

I'm not looking to do e-commerce. Mainly just an information website on how to get in touch and other things for communications.

Also not looking for something flashy styled. It works in a lot of cases, granted, but not in mine. This kind of business is bold. Like it doesn't need to play scene on the page as you scroll down or mouse over icons...

Why are you so obsessed with the portfolios ? I know that is mandatory to filter out the mediocres but a few developers like me who don't really have portfolios but they know their shit should be considered as well.Let me know if I can code the site for you,I won't use any themes/templates everything customized based on your reuirements.
