I can't open paypal account because paypal doesn't supports my country.
They are not providing services in my country.

When you will get the money in your account, and then you will send me btc.

You don't carry any risk because you're asking for BTC. The person who receives the PayPal funds gets the risk of a chargeback. If PayPal is not available in your country that's not me being an idiot, that's you committing fraud under PayPal's own TOS and putting someone else at risk.

Just making this clear to anyone who might be considering fucking up their account for a dollar or two.

From where you are cashing out? Is it some earning site , pm me with the site link ,if I find it safe then I could do your exchange.

The earning which I made is 100% legit, that is I know but you don't.
There is no reason that the company will charge back.

Your total posts are just meaningless.
If you don't have interest for the deal then just avoid the topic. Just don't post irrelevant things.

People here are more smart, they will surely know what they are going to do.
And surely they will have the ability to decide whether to do the deal or not.

If they find it risky they can deny the deal.
But I am sure someone will do the job for me.

I am not putting anyone at risk here,
People here exchanging and making lots of transactions with paypal, they know a lot than me about paypal.
It will make sense to discuss with the paypal account holder (who will be interested and will contact me).

I am not breaking any TOS of paypal.
If I was doing that, than I might have acquired a paypal account illegally which is very common in online world.
But as said previously, I afraid of getting limited if I get caught.

Regarding rate,
I am not sure how much to offer, so it will be finalized during the discussion with right person.

I hope you find one but one things can be determined: does website have the ability of canceling payment, if you can find a bitcoin seller who accept paypal it is fine.

Don't deal with newbies

They can deal with them if escrow is used.

Escrow can't help if PayPal is involved. No sane escrow person would take that risk.

Some people can't be reasoned with buddy, so its just best to steer away. And I understand your situation, the company you are working for/with may be offering payouts only through payment processors for which they dont offer services in your country. Sorry.
