As he delete others posts to fake clean seller ? His account was tagged even before op did this deal, that is the reason i asked him why he did even send him money or at least why not used escrow? It was easy to contact him with his Skype, so yes a registered member can check and be warned, but he can still abuse guests viewers with his skype shown. This is not a valid reason, if 120~ is a lot money for you trust me you will do a deeper check and research on the seller! But you did not so i can not belive you that you care for this money.
