If I understood it correctly you send me a sum from which you take 20% commission and replaces this sum if the credit card holder opens a dispute ? It looks like you are dealing with stolen accounts which will only get you to paint your trust in red. This forum is a very against choice regarding black hat and paypal.

I recommend to trade with legit users insteas of a newbie offering 500% which is impossible. Soon a DT user will tag this user. Don't fall for this. If you read an article I posted earlier. You will see that paypal is under a class action lawsuit because of things of this nature causing them to close account and the account holders who had their accounts comprised in this way have the opportunity to claim their funds back.
