Title: Sent coins to expired Mt. Gox address from wallet. What can I do? Post by: 987mining on March 25, 2013, 03:42:11 AM I wanted to sell a few coins through Mt. Gox and sent them to my account using the address I used yesterday. I treated it like a bank account number that doesn't change. When the coins didn't show up, I checked and noticed the address is different.
My wallet shows the transaction as 2/Unconfirmed. What can I do? I read that every 10 min the number increases, and at 6 (1 hour) its impossible to reverse. Is that true? I just looked up the Mt. Gox wallet address on blockchain and the map shows some random location in Germany! Will keep checking my Mt. Gox account. I need to be way more careful..
