Also, right now many Bitcoin users rather not pay in bitcoin as they believe it will rise in value, so it's more profitable to pay in fiat. Would it be possible for Bitpay to team up with Coinlab, Bitstamp or other large exchanges, to give people paying in bitcoin the option to instantly buy some extra bitcoins? Of course, with a much higher fee on credit cards (I guess you wouldn't be able to keep them low).
