Most of the 82 million Ether are not released for trading IIUC.

Will the ETH not released for trading yet have attaching ETC?

Any ETH you hold before the fork can be split and have an equivalent amount of ETC. That is how I understood it. But I saw some posts from users that they lost ETH in trying to split them.

i dont know if i understood your question but if the ETH were tied to a contract, the equivalent ETC is tied too.
