Don'ts:
-Take bitcoins that does not belong to you.  This means scamming, stealing, and stuff like that.
-Don't get bitcoins in a way which could be considered as crime (hacking, selling stolen goods, and stuff like that.)
-Beg

Dos:
-Everything else.

Don't have any tips that can make it easier other than earning by doing what you're good at.  Hopefully someone have a good one for you.

The first thing you need to do is really understand bitcoin.

What is it? how does it work? How can I secure the bitcoin that I earn?

If you blindly jump in only thinking about earning as much as fast as possible, you are bound to lose them at one point due to insecure websites or compromised wallets. Other than that, it is mainly common sense and earning bitcoin is no different from earning money, you have to work for it.

Don't:

1. do faucets, they are not worth your time. you probably have to spend a day to earn a cent or two
2. gamble, if you want to earn bitcoin, gambling is the fastest way to lose them again. Gamble only with the coins you can afford to lose

Do:

1. build a quality account here to join a siganture campaign. Signature campaigns are probably your highest earning method here. But, you need high quality posts and a higher forum rank.

I have posted a few times on Bitcoin don'ts and dos. Here is two replies make by me from the other threads. I do not really want to repeat again. lol.

Hello and welcome to the world of Bitcoin. I'm not a good miner and I dont want to give you wrong advice on mining. Here is some other tips you may want to take note of. 1. Faucets is good for transaction fees only - dont expect to earn too much with faucets. 2. Bitcoin is very volatile and so you must check the value everyday. 3. Buy and sell Bitcoin from trusted website only - my favorite one would be OKCoin. 4. Dont gamble your Bitcoin - there is lot of gambling website based around Bitcoin, but, dont ever gamble your Bitcoin. 5. Stay away from HYIP site - "120% return in 99 hours" alike site.

Also, keep up your post quality. With good post quality, you can expect to earn some extra income from signature campaign.

I see so many replies about how to earn Bitcoin. Here is some warning that you should take great caution against.

1. Gambling - dont gamble or never gamble more than what you can afford to lose.
2. Lending - lend Bitcoin and gain profit from interest might sound good, but, be careful of scammers. Check their reputation before deciding if you want to lend.
3. HYIP Site - they might give you some profit in the beginning, but they will make you lose in the end.
4. Be neutral - you are wearing a signature tag, try not to make anyone angry and you will be fine.

Have fun in the crypto world! Welcome!

Faucet is the easiest way to get bitcoin, but the faucet into the hardest way to get bitcoin if you want in large quantities. But I think the faucet is still valuable for beginners because we know they are new and definitely still have limited knowledge about bitcoin, so I think faucet is nice depends on the person. thank you

Take everything easy, never rush into earnings without thinking over atleast more than twice... As much as possible avoid gambling, that won't bring you any good, and those that things that were mentioned in the first 4  post after you...  But I suggest you don't borrow bitcoin or trying a loan, you might start to love it and keep on lending til you can't get out of it anymore, as for the earning methods and opportunities, just go to the services section.

I see, thank you! Sir, can I ask you something? Can I join a signature camp eventhough I'm just a newbie? And how will I join? I will just copy their given codes? Then what? Sorry for asking too much.

faucet is very easy, therefore it is very small.

I think the best way, increase your account up to the highest rank then joined the signature campaign.

I did this, when I was a beginner and when I do not have money or skill.

To increase your rank here, you just need to increase your posts and activities, right?

yeah Sure..

Can I join a signature camp eventhough I'm just a newbie?

Of course you can, only that you will earn dust, and only few are accepting newbies.. Actually it's not advisable to join a signature campaign in your status right now..

And how will I join? I will just copy their given codes?

Just go to the thread of those campaign that accept newbies, inform the manager that you're gonna join by posting your info in that thread and then wear the proper signature and wait for his approval...

Then what? Sorry for asking too much.

Then you're good to go, just don't spam or copy and paste other peoples post on threads or else your account will be permanently ban...

One of the first things you want to do is research research research. Learn everything you possibly can about bitcoin, and continue to learn everyday.

Anywhere you spend / hold / invest your bitcoin, verify the integrity of the domain and company. There's a ton of people out there running ponzi schemes and just generally attempting to scam people out of there bitcoins. There's several resources that list known scam websites related to bitcoin, just do a simple google search.

Make your posts count here, eventually you can join a signature campaign and make a decent bit of coin just for making quality posts and visiting the forum daily, something you would probably do regardless(win-win).

Everyone here has covered most everything but the best thing you can do is inform yourself. Some people get mixed up and treat bitcoin as if it's not money and some magical hacker coins / internet currency that falls from the sky. Don't make this mistake.

Bitcoin has a bright future and could one day make many members of this forum very financially stable and successful. Do your best to make sure you're one of those members.

Don't invest in the ponzi schemes and also keep away from gambling because it's risky, but you can try the faucets, signature campaign, the trading if you have enough experience about it.

As much as I collected the details investing something is waste. Good thing we can join in bitcointalk signature campaign and we can get a pay for our posts from the campaign owner. i would suggest to all to do this only to be in safer side...

Yes, get bitcoin for a beginner it is difficult, especially if you do not have the capital or skills. if you are expecting from the free way, some of the ways this can be tried, faucet, looking for giveaway or signature campaign (for the signature campaign you have to increase your rank accounts). not much can be done by a newbie.

Yeah very few scopes for newbie at a moment as there are also not many campaigns that are accepting newbies so the only option left is to go for faucets or captchas.

Welcome dude. You in into a supportive community. Everyone is really supportive. We have so many threads explaining do's and don'ts.. We have many campaigns. Every campaign has its own rules and regulations. Mostly all the campaigns have similar rules like one should not have negative trust or feedbacks, the account you are trying to join should not be a spamimg account, one should not have more than one account in a campaign and etc... Try following it. We have even time limits for each posts as well.

Earn it's not the properly term. Because for earn you need to work, "fatigue" ...
If you can't resell your abilities/skill you can't :( "earn" bitcoin. Because faucet are only a waste of time and there are just few site that pay good (giveaway promotion).
The best tips is : study bitcoin, study blockchain ;) and project related, I think you can find your inspiration!

I think dont spend your bitcoins if you really want to make more profit in holding bitcoins saving it is the best than spending it.. unless if you have a knowledge how to trade you can trade and increase the amount of your bitcoins.

As the price is bit low now, better bitcoins can be bought now as the price may go up in future. Once the price goes up, you will see the turn over to the money you have saved. Try to earn more bitcoins now from this forum. We have many signature campaigns who pay you money for your constructive posts for even newbies. Get to know them to earn more bitcoins.

If he is a new to bitcoin world then I think he must be not aware about the market trends and it will be risky for him to jump directly into trading, try to learn new things and till then keep your coins on hold.

Save as much as you can now. The price will surely increase more in coming days. Try earning more bitcoins if you can. join in a campaign. Read more about campaigns in Service sections. We have more campaigns paying for newbies as well. Try to join them and start earning and saving to see a good profit in future.

I think there is one thing that you should dont do i think dont deal to someone not reputative here in our forum so that you far in scam better to look for our legit escrow here..  like lutpin yahoo or SFR people that well know can be trust here with high rank account..
You need to invest your money in bitcoin because the price right now is gradually increasing so if you invest your money in bitcoin right now you will make a profit for waiting price of bitcoin..

I agree with you, I also advise to never invest money into Ponzi sites like cloudmining, HYIP and others. Because Ponzi sites will definitely lead to a scam. I also do not like gambling because I think there is no strategy in gambling just the luck factor. And it's very risky. On the other hand I also suggest to trading, although trading has risks as well but it was more plausible than gambling and investing in ponzi. Thanks

Fist of all, welcome to the forum... In terms of collecting bitcoin, just do what all the others here do, minus those who are investing on ponzis... That's one thing you should remember, avoid investing on those sites that offers too good to be true ROI...  As much as possible, do a multiple research about what you are going to try and join, it will save you from getting scammed or being taken advantaged of...

Again, welcome to the forum.. Keep on reading...  :)

First, you need to learn about bitcoin and other related bitcoin things then if you have enough knowledge  then try good ways  on earning it ex. joining signature campaigns  if you dont like to risk any money out  from your pocket. Build your account to rank up with good  quality post then  for sure you would earn some bitcoins to that and dont ever try to invetst on those hyips and ponzi sites out there which commonly mistakes of most newbies.

The mistake comes in when you use these faucets in the wrong way, not by simply using these faucets. I have friends who make passive income of up to $5 per hour from faucet referral systems. They spend more time building and maintaining their referral growth and then they sit back and watch the money come in week after week.

Join faucets with referral features and then grow this network to maximize your income from these faucets. ^smile^
