X11 is again slightly better, but still will be very easy for a few miners to take control of the coin. I don't know what the best is to setup, but the worst two would be SHA-256 and Scrypt. X11 is not much better, and pretty much every algorithm is the same when it comes to that. Unless it's GPU and ASIC resistant. Haven't seen an algorithm like that yet.
