Title: [ANN][SST] StandardScrypt-A simple, standard PoW Scrypt Coin
Post by: dfinc on August 12, 2016, 09:00:32 PM
Scryptcoin
As the name implies, StandardScrypt is just another simple, standard PoW Scrypt Coin. There is nothing special about StandardScrypt and it will be very affordable for anyone to own large quantities of it. As it is just a standard Scrypt coin, and it will be very affordable, you can use it for testing purposes to test high volume action without having to buy coins. I am interested to see what will happen with this coin especially because there isn't anything special about it. NO PREMINE! :D I am looking forward to see what this will become, good or bad!

Guess it is free walletbuilders coin so most probably it doesn't have a source, at least not in the op starters hand

I waited until the rig owner bitched about not being able to connect to your pool.

It never started. The rig is an extremely reliable rig that i regularly rent and have mined from dozens of pools with. I switched to a pool with a 8192 starting point and immediately starting hashing.

I don't get why pool admins start their vardiff so low. 90% of rigs need 8192 or higher.

I don't understand why people are renting to mine a coin that has no chance to reach an exchange as it is served without source.
Mine locally for fun but investing hashpower in it won't get you other than loss

Same issue. It shouldn't start from 0, that's definitely abnormal.

Don't worry about what I mine and why. I am quite profitable at mining shitcoins. I have scrypt rigs rented pretty much 24/7.

Did you make sure to add "addnode= 95.211.57.108" or "addnode= node.walletbuilders.com" in your standardscrypt.conf file?  Or, when the application is open, click help, then debug, then console, then type "addnode node.walletbuilders.com add"

SST can stay in the market for long time. It seems the coin is sailing smoothly. Don't rush for exchanges. Go and apply for exchanges after 1 month. The coin can stay.
