Title: Blockchain.info Support
Post by: sharky101 on March 25, 2013, 08:53:20 PM
Is anyone else having trouble with blockchain.info support?  I raised a ticket 6 days ago, regarding £304 of bitcoins that I am yet to receive.  I've tried every contact method available to try and get blockchain.info to acknowledge my support ticket, but I haven't had any luck at all.  I'm kind of worried I won't see my £304 again.

Just had the funds sent to my account.  Although I would have gained more bitcoins for my money at the time, I'm pleased to have received my funds after 6 days.  It obviously took my post of here to kick the support team at blockchain into action.

Blockchain.info is a brilliant service when things automated go right.  In time I may use them again, after chasing my money for 6 days I'll now be moving to bitstamp to fund my account.

Myself as well - I was setting up a wallet for my co-worker and messed up the two factor authentication process.  I had her put through a request to have two-factor authentication reset 2 weeks ago.  No response.

Now when I have her try to use the "Check your Existing Requests" function to try to see what's going on, the password she chose isn't working.  I had her do a password reset, but the e-mail with the link to reset the password is taking hours.

So now I've got two problems to work through on behalf of a brand new bitcoiner.  She's been locked out of her wallet for 2 weeks because I improperly tried setting up google authenticator.  Now her password isn't working so we can't even check up on the status of the two-factor authentication reset.

I so badly wish I could just speak with someone to get this sorted out.

How much longer will I have to wait to hear a response from blockchain.info support?  How embarassing, I sold her on BTC, she bought 20 coins and hasn't been able to access them for 2 weeks.

Should I be concerned that the coins are lost??  Getting nervous here...
