You should know paypal is reversible, soo your colateral and nothing currently are the same, kindly provide a valid colateral, if someone fill this loan they kwow already they can loose in both ways, bitcoin and paypal funds.

It costs little to buy in the exchanges now.

Unfortunately, like the other members said, Paypal money is not a valid collateral.
Maybe you have something else to put up as collateral?

If you dont have anything else to use as colateral maybe the only way to deal should be your account but i dont know if anyone interested into risk any doge for you account as well, good luck anyway.

Well that account will be valid  as a collateral I think , 10,000 doge is only small amounts why dint you just buy from exchange, if im not wrong 10,000 is worth only $2.50 and it's almost 0.004 something btc.

I have a better suggestion for you. you said you have a paypal account with 260$ Balance. then just buy 10K doge with your paypal money. this is that simple. but first exchange your paypal into bitcoin. because it is little hard to buy doge directly from paypal.

It's only 0.0041 imho you multiply it wrong and it's not morethan 20 dollar it's only $2.50 go calculate again,  his PayPal have 2.60 so it's enough if I were him I'll just trade my$2 PayPal balance to btc than have a loan.

I would better suggest you to try weselldoge.com to buy doge with your paypal. If you get less, claim from faucets for a day. Tomorrow you will be having your needed dogecoin. Although, I don't discourage you to try for this loan. Also, look for the appropriate section to post your loan requirement.

You could earn some btc using sig campaigns and then convert to dogecoins.

Why do you even bother with 10000 DOGE loan? Its 2-2.5$. Join one of the signature campaigns and earn it in day or two. Or buy it with your 2.6$ from paypal. If you don't mind asking, what can you possible do with it  ??? ???
