Its also a way to make Bitcoins non-fungible, which I'm sure certain sovereign entities would just love. Add that into the pipedream of "Decentralized Reputation System" -- fucking impossible, by the way -- and you have the lush beginnings of a dog's breakfast of complete crypto bullshit.
