Offer another collateral so lenders will notice your loan request or it will be ignored because of insufficient collateral. Offer Altcoins if you have. You cannot ask the maximum value of the account as a loan because it would be hard to sell the collateral in case of a default.If you reduce the amount to 0.003-0.004 this loan might be funded but it isn't needed since someone already lent you the amount you requested.
