I think thefee you will get in your bank depends on how much the fee your bank is asking.

You just getting taxes if you want to withdraw your money using your card in atm but i not using that for now because the fees is too high for me,i think there is no another task you will get or until asking you for paying the task. because I using bitcoin debit card too. not worried about that because until i retire for using bitcoin debit card I'm never getting a problem with it.

They may know from ATM cam footage if any investigation go with your card but about tax i think it will be cut instantly by banks as foreign exchange fee and transaction fee when you withdraw. 2k USD per month seem not that much to draw government or banks attention.

I think that you should have no problems with such amount of money. But you have to be aware that you have to give your personal data to the issuer of these Bitcoin debit cards, because they are now obliged to collect this data if they want to run the legitimate business. So, if governemt in any case would like to know your identity they can get it from the card issuer.

Use fake personal details for your bitcoin debit cards. For cashouting 2k every month it shouldn't cause any problems, because bank don't know your identity. But if you cashout big amount of money, offcourse bank will interest in you and can start investigation and at the end you will need to pay fees and maybe pay penalty for hiding income.

if the transaction in the atm was suspicious the bank and government could make a cooperation an detect you through the cctv in the or nearby atm
and as far as I know, government will trying hard to get taxes or charge you, even you're using fake identity, and 2k every month could be considered as a big transaction

2k USD per month is quite high for third world country and they'll doing an investigation if the transaction was suspicious enough, for example you're withdrawing your money with anonymous debit card, they'll do an investigation whether you're receiving money from illegal activities or not
you must know that government is more sensitive than you know if it's about money

You can't use a fake country if you intend to use the debit card at atms.

What do you mean "fake country"? I was talking about personal details like name and surname.

I don't think you will have problems with that amount, but they will certainly ask for personal data to use the service.
