These can hardly be found anywhere at the moment, and the most recent price I saw for them was $7000 on ebay, back when $7000 was equivalent to 50 Bitcoins.

I believe the one you linked was a bit later, after the Bitcoin price had already crashed. Makes sense that no one bids 7k for it then. And I'm sure casascius will make more...
