How is this going with the t.o.s. of the site in question ? I assume that creating (faking) referral sign-ups is not something they support.
Also, if you're depending on funds from the site for their effort with your reflink, it's just a matter of time when they will put an end to this,and you won't be able to pay your downline..

Escrow is not really a issue for payment of 0.05$. I think the only concern what sort of site it is and making multiple accounts on that single site is legitimate or not.
I will appreciate if you can share the site so that we know before applying if we are willing to work for not.

If someone from here report the admin of the website about this, Then whatever you have said will come true  ;D

I'm almost sure that site admin will realize that something fishy is going on when he finds out so many IP adresses with multiple sign ups.They always check for fake registrations after the end of every referral contest and all these new accounts will probably get banned.

Anyone received the payment already from OP ? and can we know what type of sites you are asking us to join under you ?

It is bad news then. OP should check the website where he needs refferals before posting this thread. But I think probably he has his own bitcoin already that he prepared to pay his downline.

It's a Perfect Money withdraw from Yobit, and apparently, they have delays with this transactions.
