Would this be okay? I assume over clocking would be sort of a pain right? Same thing with another rig of 8gb 480's.. Would adding an 8gb 470 be good to go? Title: Re: Mix matched cards ok? Post by: klondike_bar_recovery on August 20, 2016, 06:09:45 AM rule of thumb is that the same series can play toether nice and usually share a driver (ie: mixing 270 with 290 cards, or 380 and 390 cards)

Tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling after connecting the new 470 but It shows up as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

You may also change the PCIE generation to generation 1 instead of auto detect. |
