I seen the thread he created to try get a loan and that has already been locked, account sales just cause so much drama. Even if you had 100% proof he scammed you on the sale of this account it wouldn't make a difference. Accounts sales are frowned apon here and mods haven't got time to be dealing with this crap. But it seems that your main goal is to ban the account in your own decision and which is unfair if there is no detailed reason to do so. It is not enough to say to ban that account by telling us that you were scammed.
