Title: Can't get sms from Blockchain.info Post by: duduqa on March 26, 2013, 09:34:21 PM Yesterday I enabled the two-step authentication on blockchain.info
Earlier today I got the sms code when I had to login, and did so withou pproblems. Now I try to login again and I do not get my sms code. Has this happened to anyone? Is the common? Doesn't make me feel super confident. I'm sure it's nothing to be too concerned about, but, yes, it's a frustrating problem to be having! Can't rely on such an unpredictable service, and some transactions need to happen right away. On the other hand, I must declare that I got an e-mail that allowed me to login without a long delay.

Already opened support tickets 24 hours ago with no response. Not feeling very confident about the service right now. Blockchain refused to disable 2-factor auth, but I was able to create new wallet from backup.
EDIT: Don't expect to get reply from the support any time soon, it took them five weeks to respond to my request.
