Looks like NOTE coin on Poloniex is getting pumped. Public leak announced in a facebook crypto pump group. One of the members got pissed and released the groups posts Buy orders now over 60 bitcoin and volume increasing, they are slow pumping already. Heaps of volume in the last hour or so. Also, the volume was never huge and it was never faked. What more do you want? I know about the coin since it started, but unfortunately I was too impatient and sold like 250-300k coins @ the 100-150 satoshi range. There are groups that are targeting certain coins and probably now is the time of DNotes. So i think this is just a fake timer actually better to sell if you have any bought in top before when you see this pump after this timer goes off. But i doubt on that.

That's correct, but the truth is that the pump has started back in July when the price peaked @ ~3200 satoshi. Several coins were pumped and dumped on Poloniex, DNotes is just one of them (see Piggy and NOBLE for example).
