What's Classify ?
Classify is a new micro-payment system with a "global balance".
So all faucets are financed by owners.

What's "global balance" ?
Global balance is a balance in satoshis financed by all users of Classify. For this, Classify uses a rank/level for users, let's see this !

What's reward limit ?
It's community project, so you can't spend all global balance for yourself ;)
So all level has the choose to spend between ? or ? satoshis for users.

Level Up Deposits
It's mandatory to deposit a minimum before create a faucet. In addition, if a faucet owner doesn't invest to create a faucet, he "steal" global balance :(

Is there fees ?
We take 4% on all deposits, transaction are manuals, but performed in less than 24h !

Development
The project aren't ready, it will ready approximately on 30 august.
