Today one of my friend in Facebook told me that he want to Start his blog and start earning money from blog.
he asked me to suggest him a hot Topic to blog which is very good for bloging and also have rich Keywords..

I just replied: "Bitcoin is the hottest topic for me"

he don't even know what bitcoin . but I think only saying "Bitcoin" is also enough for someone who know about net and know about google little bit.

No. It is far from it. Questions like these are generally ridiculous, and what you're going to receive is random responses in the lines of:
"It isn't for me..."
"It is for me.."

Responses that are generally useless. You can actually follow Bitcoin on Google Trends to see where it ranks up, but it is surely far from the "hottest topic". Usually people either have not heard about it, or have heard about it but don't understand it (or wrongly understand it), or are too ignorant enough to care.

for now, i think bitcoin is the hottest topic on the web, but be careful to select the right keyword because keyword is the most important on a blog. maybe your friend can select long tail keyword first to select the topic and then he make several post to his blog, with a picture is better. don't forget to make sub category about make money with bitcoin, and make posting about this topic because i think its a good trend for now and for future.

Nah, it's not the hottest one. We've got hotter topics, I think BTC would be among the first hundreds in top though.

Many people aren't interested in Bitcoin, because they either constantly hear about it being used 'just for crimes' or do not hear at all about it.

There are a lot more topics that are far "hotter" than Bitcoin on the internet, however said topics are typically quite fleeting and they change quite rapidly so dedicating a blog to a specific topic (assuming you're trying to keep up with trends) is a relatively poor idea and diversifying what he blogs about is probably one of the best things he can do to keep readers interested with the latest biggest thing.

If you are really honestly I still think that porn is the most searched. Almost all people did atleast searched once something porn related. Maybe there are any charts available what is the most searched on the web.

That is true, the porn is the most searched but blog about porn? Would that be interesting toq people and bring him money? I don't think so. People like to watch porn not read about it.

I don't think bitcoin is the hottest topic on google, news and indexing because bitcoin becomes the hottest topic only when a big hack happens, only if bad people use bitcoin for the dirty jobs and when a new ransomware happens which victims are the people.

Bitcoin is amazingly hot topic, but hot only in the Nerd Kingdom unfortunately. We 'bitcoiners' educated a bit in this matter often seem to miss that.
It is not general 'hot topic' it is niche at most hot topic and general media talk about it only when something really bad/idiotic happens.
Like huge exchange hack or ransomware infected hospital or police station. After all Bitcoin is used only for less than 10 million people worldwide.

Bitcoin is the hottest topic for those who are already in bitcoin and are getting much more benefits from there, while for those who do not know about bitcoin it will not be a hot topic, but we will call it as beneficial or informative topic for them, as in the start they will only want to know that what is bitcoin and ow to adopt it and how to exchange it with fiat, and will learn about its different beneficial features.

The hottest topic over the world are the Olympic Games and there are some athletes making their image going to the hole, bitcoin is interesting to us, and just, the eyes of the world are at the Olympic. The same way some athletes made history as Bolt and Phelps.

You don't run a successful blog by trying to run after finding the "hottest" topic while having no expertise on said topic. Readers want to read useful and interesting articles by people who know well what they write about. A blog on a hot topic by a clueless individual will not generate much interest. In contrast a blog on a niche topic with very competent and informative content will.

It is also questionable, if Bitcoin is currently one of the hottest topics on the web. I think your personal preference is distorting your perception of reality. There are an uncountable number of topics which are of interest for an extremely huge user base. It is very difficult to really find out, what topics are currently the hottest ones for the majority of users. Bitcoin certainly isn't - it's user base is simply too small.

Well, obviously at the moment Bitcoin is not the most popular nor the most searched term in search engines. I bet PayPal is more searched, and used as well. Bitcoin attracts a selected public, it might have a huge traffic flow but it's not even compared to, for example, films or games.

It is the hottest topic for you, but it does not necessary mean that it is the hottest topic for all. Remember that this alternate economy is very recent and it is just starting to be known and adopted by people, and unfortunately it has gained an unjustified bad fame and that is why most people is not so interested in bitcoin yet.

1. Election (U.S.)
2. Blood cult migration/terrorism/wars (Africa/western Europe)
3. Military conflicts (RU/Ukraine)
4. Post-Brexit issues
5. Larger market cap assets

No sorry way too much competition with-
Olympics, US Presidential election, leaked NSA files, recent attacks in Turkey after failure of peace talks, etc.... 

I've barely see any mention of Bitcoin outside the fact the hackers are auctioning off more NSA files and they want Bitcoin as the payment.

Bitcoin is a hot topic just applied for the people is know about bitcoin, but in this time I assuming your blog is fixed for the people with the various condition. occasionally inputting the topic about bitcoin is not bad but for surely putting the common news is better. I think bitcoin does not become a hot topic in the community.

Since bitcoins are currently used some % of people in the world, and it will become hot topic only if any significant good or bad news comes out on bitcoins or related to its transactions otherwise I don't think it will be a hot topic. At least in my surroundings many people don't anything about bitcoins, it will become popular only if it is accepted in any mainstream business.

Bitcoin isn't used more than paypal or payza so I don't think bitcoin is the hottest topic of current time.Bitcoin used by few people over the world who know what's bitcoin and how to earn from it.Many people in the world doesn't hear about bitcoin also they didn't know what is it.Bitcoin is hottest topic for us who know about it and earning pretty good by bitcoin.

so in short you have introduced another newbie to bitcoin who thanks to you thinks bitcoin is a cash-cow to only earn money through it and dump it for fiat as soon as you are done.

The hot topic so far is always the bad news. It is like media, government and people against it are rejoicing whenever something bad came up. They dont know they are helping in advertising bitcoin and putting a question in some people mind. "What the heck is bitcoin?" Then there you go another bitcoin user is born.  :P

It maybe the hottest topic for you since you are aware and using it but most of the people I think doesn't even know what bitcoin is. Bitcoin is not yet that popular and bumping into someone that knows bitcoin that is completely stranger to you has the slightest possibility.Some of your friends may know what bitcoin is because you introduce it to them or they are just interested in the technology.

I agree on bitcoin as the hottest topic today its because every forum and social media im with theres always a bitcoin. But every people in the web has different needs or they care to know everything that suits their interest. If a person uses the web to chat or to meet people on a chat site even seeing bitcoin advertise multiple times he will ignore it and wont spend time to know it.

Just like others have mentioned, Bitcoin is not the hottest topic on the web. There are so many news out there from different states, so don't be surprised that some people doesn't have any idea of what is bitcoin because it is not widely known yet. Even someone knows about web and/or familiar with google, it doesn't mean that they will be informed about bitcoin too. We have different reasons/situations on how we've heard/knew about bitcoin for the first time. I can say that we're lucky enough that we were introduced into it, maybe your friend didn't have that chance before but atleast you've mentioned it to him. So for your friend, for now I don't think that it's a good suggestion to write a blog about bitcoin if he didn't have any idea about it. If he will look into it and take some time to learn more then maybe it can work. Just my opinion.

It is for me also because with bitcoin it has already give me a lot of benefits that I am currently enjoying right now, maybe I will devote my time to follow bitcoin and be part of its success and I hope in the future I will also grow as bitcoin continues to grow.

i totally agree with op bitcoin is the hottest topic of the internet.even users who do not know about internet so well they also heard about bitcoins (even then don't know it) this is spreading really fast to all over the world

the keyword here is "for me" because bitcoin is the hottest topic for OP only whereas the rest of us have so many other things on our minds which are hotter than bitcoin and also as for the hot topic for blog and trends go as [others mentioned] bitcoin is the least hot topic.

besides, i believe you have to have some kind of information about the topic you want to blog about, otherwise who is going to read your copy paste stuff?!

i don't think so if bitcoin is the hottest topic in web, because not all people know about bitcoin, what's the function, how to use it, etc etc. Just "some" people who know about bitcoin, so it's very far  away from "hottest topic"

Maybe he just saw bitcoin from the user side, it makes him feel bitcoin is the trending topic for people to talk about bitcoin. But if he goes out into the web that contain no user bitcoin, then I think bitcoin is common and not known by many people. IMO

Yes, its a very hot topic and i think it will get their interests. Do our duty to introduce bitcoin to them and tell a goods things about it. Educate them, maybe put some videos about bitcoin. Its up to them how they take it.

bitcoin is not hottest topic recently. bitcoin is here for years although there are still many people out there who don't know what bitcoin is.

 it's still good idea if your friend post bitcoin topic on his blog, but he should know about bitcoin first. newbie bitcoiners nowadays are interested to article of earning money by bitcoin. so he should post about it.

I actually think whole crypto thing is hot topic for now ranging from huge price pump, free money with mining, millions of dollar hacked in form of bitcoin etc are already in several media and even in television, news. But you can also see lots of media coverage on other altcoins, decentralized currency and blockchain tech these days.

yes currently bitcoin is the hottest topic but create blog with bitcoin as the primary topic isn't any longer good idea and i think your friend is too late because there are plenty blog for bitcoin already exist and your friend blog must contend with those blog and i think will very difficult to be in the top search engine

Nah, on the web surely not. But for me personally it really is. A lot people (including myself) are tired of the government interfering their lifes and financial position. For that reason I managed to convince some close friends to jump into Bitcoin. One of them has converted 10% of his savings to Bitcoin because of that. And yes, I did explain everything about the risks and volatility, so there will be no surprises for that person.

Well it depends on how are you valuing "hottest". Maybe hottest means "high paid clicks". Remember that to make money on the internet, you don't necessarily need millions of views, sometimes certain niches pay really high and require less traffic.

I have no idea what the rates for Bitcoin related keywords are tho.

well cryptos are usually more popular as bitcoin is around for a way longer time at the moment to be honest though i think that stuff will change in the near future when bitcoin price goes up

Bitcoin is the hottest topic for me too but unfortunately not for anyone near me, not for my family, not for my colleagues and not for my neighbors or people who I happen to meet on weekends in different pubs or clubs. This is too bad for them but is good for the bitcoin economy , this will make sure to keep the price high as bitcoin is still being looked to something which not everyone have access to.

Thats true.According to google keyword tool "bitcoin" Average monthly searches is only 1,500,000 and for keyword "Btc" it is only 135,000
 average monthly searches.There are certainly more hot topics on internet than bitcoin

I personally thinks that bitcoin is not the hottest topic,there are still alot of people dont know what is bitcoin, so i think bitcoin is not the hottest topic on the internet, but i think bitcoin still require more publishing and advertising so i think it is a good idea that you suggest bitcoin topic to your friend

Just recently, two of my friends (from different groups) asked me about bitcoin. Seems that more and more people are becoming more interested in bitcoin. I hope your friend's blog is able to properly communicate what bitcoin can give and that it is read by a lot of his followers to raise their awareness of bitcoin even more.

For covering the global traffic just 1,5 Million it's a little, I don't think if someone knows or not about bitcoin but maybe there are a people is know about bitcoin but there are no cares about it. the totally of monthly searches is very low.

I don't think bitcoin is the hottest topic on the website, because has many people who made topic about bitcoin on the website. And i think if you wanna make money via website or blog, the topic is not about bitcoin only.

If he wants to make money with blogging, bitcoin is a nice gateway to additional ad income. There is quite a market for running bitcoin related ads, but I don't think the hits will be as high as other popular blog subjects.

Bitcoin is definately not the hottest topic to write about, but I guess that every time a new post is made about it helps with getting the bitcoin word out there. So I'm all for it!

Bitcoin will possibly become one of the hottest topics though, once de adoptation grows more and more people want to get in and get to know more about how it all works.

Bitcoin is an new generation digital currency . it has lot of advantages like easy transaction and easy transfer and more secured one. now almost all the websites uses the bitcoin as transaction method . it is an interesting thing to write topic on bitcoin.

Your friend won`t make any money from his blog,if he is going to write articles about bitcoin.

The traffic is too small and there aren`t many advertisers that pay for that keyword.

Pretty much my same story, I learned first about bitcoin while researching the earn money field, Every since I became a big fan of bitcoin and how it works, it's magnificent that money could be transacted so easily and with no strings attached.

bitcoin for me is the best topic available, i really like this currency to be honest and in my opinion it can make me some good money if it grows

Yeah. I think so, too. But we only see bitcoin as the hottest topic because we are contributors of the bitcoin world.
But if we go in the neutrality, a normal person would not understand what bitcoin is all about. It will take some time for them to fully accept it. It means that it will also take a long time for it to be popular or hot.

Because not most of the people in the world is aware of it. We still need more popularity and the only way is through us.

These figures are for just one keyword "Bitcoin".There are thousands of keywords combinations or long tail keywords that contain bitcoin

Why you use the word of hottest, you could use the other word like, Honest, New way of Investment, and so many other words.
But for me, Bitcoin is not hottest topic in google, and it is true. I am very mush like bitcoin, and i feel i am lucky that i know about bitcoin. But it is true, only few people know about the bitcoin.

it can be the hottest topic on some websites like here in this forum which is always discussed by random people but i don't think it is also the hottest topic on the web . because you know not all people are interested about the new amazing thing like this , most of the people out there are always talking about swag , flirt , parties , etc . not all of us are interested to knowing and talking bitcoin because most people are not going to patronized a thing if it is not even that famous . that's just my opinion .

Yeah many of my friends don't have idea or they never heard of bitcoin yet. In my country, there are only few user of bitcoin. But I'm still positive about it, I believe that bitcoin will be popular here.

IMO "Which is by all way, biased" YES! bitcoin is currently so hot over the web that anywhere you would find traders/owners/holders. I recall going to a BTC meeting in my country and meeting a bunch of bitcoin enthusiast in one of the most slowly progressive areas in the world, interest is skyrocketing right now.

It is a good thing that you suggest the word bitcoin to your friend.  You give him an opportunity to earn more plus the opportunity for the friends of your friend to know about bitcoins.  Some people are really have zero knowledge about this thing but as soon as they got aware of then it will give a more demand for bitcoin use. 

it's still by far the hottest topic for me, and probably my main hobby and interest at the current time, The fact that it's so developed and the money of the future sure helps, it's also relatively easier to earn and spend than physical money.
