You can directly buy it from exchanger like here: https://www.poloniex.com/exchange#btc_xmr
why to pay escrow fee and also lots of time gap in negotiation, i will suggest you to buy from polo or bittrex.

I assume you are quite aware of the altcoin exchange where you can trade Monero, i will sell one Monero to you at plus 50% of the exchange.
Let me know and i can even send first to you.

OP, just go to exchange sites, like Poloniex (very recommended), yobit, ccex or other trusted exchange sites.

Hi I  just want to ask only polenex can trade xmr?  Or there is other exchange that can I trade it?  I want to trade this but id not have account in polenex at this moment.

Maybe, but OP already told if he's ok with escrow, but still, i think it's just waste his and seller's time for using escrow if only 1 XMR.

Though he agreed with the escrow publicly but during discussion he prefer someone that will send first though i earlier wanted to do that but changed my mind when his demand increased.

why looking for a P2P exchange if you can buy it at top exchange site?do you think i am going to sell you more cheaper if i can sell higher at poloneix?
