Title: ZIGGAP just lost another faithful customer
Post by: b1naryn1ghtmar3 on March 27, 2013, 06:49:37 PM
OK so i went to make a $900.00 deposit at Walmart, when i got there the lady behind the counter said the transaction failed because the computer said "Correct Account Number, Wrong Last Name" so i decided to call ziggap and some guy answered and started tapping my information into his computer... then he said he had to call me back.  I said OK, he proceeded to call me back about 15 mins later saying the account has someone else's name on it, I have never heard of that name before then he said "we will be unable to do business with me anymore due to fraudulent reasons... WTF? why am i being punished for something i didn't do?

i wonder how many loyal customers they have lost due to that? i was loyal to bitinstant until they took about 600$ from me and STILL has not payed me back... i figured this company would be better, but i was wrong

thanks for reading this post and ill be posting this in multiple forums

I assume the person you dealt with has an account with ZIGGAP and they gave you their account information.

I would not blame it on ZIGGAP, blame it on the person whom gave you that info to pay without informing you of how to handle the transaction

Give us about 1 more week and we will be taking Moneygram payments. Our system actually has USD, BTC, and LTC accounts it would take exactly 2 clicks for us to fix a problem like this.

Has ZigGap closed shop?  I can't get anything from them and the @ZigGap1 twitter account has gone stale.  I tested a MoneyGram Express Bill Pay Saturday and today through a local retailer and the transaction failed with some sort of "real-time validation" error.  This does NOT bode well.

I have schooled myself up on the situation and I hate to think that I almost sent a God-awful pile of USD to them.  Whether it was karma, divine intervention, or the train I had to wait for, my hide was saved once again and I seem to be luckier than most people that have or had skin in the ZigGap game.

In the real world, building a business is all about transparency.  I don't invest any coin in a security unless I can find a website with an owner's name on it that I can google for real results.  The issuers shouldn't be afraid to disclose their identity unless they're trying to hide something else.  And updates are important...ziggap never posted any investor news or anything.  I mean even bad news is better than dumping all the shares on the market like that

I made two trouble free transactions with Ziggap, but if the creator dumped his shares that doesn't seem very reassuring. I'm probably going to steer clear of them for a while.
