I'm not a miner and this isn't my primary graphics card. I do CAD most of the time, so I had a firepro and the radeon both plugged in but only one of them being activated at a time. I would guess that my R9 390 was being used only about 15-20% of the time, so it shouldn't have much wear.

It's simple, you use one of the escrow people from 'the page': https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 I typically use either OgNasty or philipma1957, both do a great job. Once you agree with the terms with someone, you private message one of the escrow people, the buyer will transfer the BTC to them - once the escrow verifies funds, you send the product to the buyer. Once the buyer verifies the product is good, they tell the escrow to release funds to you, and that's it. Escrow typically costs about 1% or so... You send the item to the escrow (You or the buyer have to settle on who will pay for the fees and the shipping to the escrow)
2. You send the item to the client (Less safe for you and them, but cheaper)
