And it was an interesting topic idea for the "Off-Topic" section i thought of posting before.

Because no gay person has ever killed themselves because they were ashamed of their desires or what other people think of them or had been brought up to believe that such desires are "wrong". That absolutely never happens and is not a serious issue. </sarcasm>

Not Gay and never will be although i have nothing against them. What they do in their bedroom doesn't affect me in the least bit.

You may have two gay guys sucking face on the bus next to you for example.
And reality check time.. this is not normal behavior.

We love to be Politically Correct but it *IS* a shock to some people seeing gay displays.
I get that for the simple reason that gay behavior is odd / unusual
AND that we culturally have only recently become more accepting of it in the public.

The truth is most people are not gay.
So what ever holds the majority must be deemed as "normal"
It's a quantifiable thing.
non-normal to me does not necessarily indicate "bad" either..

Peter Steel from the band "Type O Negative" was disgusted for example when he had gay male fans show up after his concerts with his naked "Play Girl" magazine pictures for him to sign.
This made him uncomfortable.. and i get it !

Yesterday i was reading on my local news web site a story..
An old man poured a giant pot of boiling water on two sleeping gay guys in his house.
He was an older guy who old world views the defense said..
He would say stuff to them like their behavior was not appropriate etc.
One of the gay guys was his wife's step son (plus his boy-friend) that was living with him.

I have had no Gay encounters in my life.
The idea of it does not appeal to me at all.

Has it occurred to you all that some Gay people may WANT to deem what they do sexually as "taboo" ?
Maybe the fact that society thinks what they do is not-normal is a turn on for *some* them ?

One thing i have to say that goes against the grain here though is..
As a straight guy i have never been all sexually excited about watching lesbians.
I always considered them to be "competition"
I never fully understood why guys would be so happy to see Lesbians get sexual
but offended by gay men.. seems hypocritical in a way to me.

Teen girls grow up thinking ALL men are all hot & bothered by them "pretending" to be gay.
I seen this lots over the years.
Like hey watch this boys.. me and my girl-friend will kiss and you will be all excited !!!111
I just seen it as a contrived fake activity designed to pull our strings and get a reaction.
And there has been men before that got into a 3 way with 2 women and ended up pushed out of bed
..as the two chicks go town on each other.
Lesbians are competition not subject matter for straight men porn !

With this i hope to increase the understanding of each other.
Talking about it all shouldn't do any harm.

I consider my sexual preference like me skin color.
Like a roll of the dice when you are born you *could* have been any color skin etc.
So i have no interest in treating people unfairly because of their skin color or sexual preferences.
But sometimes we need to acknowledge the difference and respect them.
Which does not mean treating everyone as white.
This would be insulting to many cultures.
Their differences can be respected.. because they are different !
Pretending they are not is often offensive.
Many cultures like to celebrate their differences... fine.. no problem !
One place that does not is parts of Africa where it is a legal crime to "be gay"
I read before online how you could even be given lengthy jail-time for not reporting your gay neighbors.

Its like smoking weed.... in many countries, pretty much everyone with half a brain knows it should be legal but yet you have to watch who you talk about weed with.

Gay people aren't causing society anymore harm than straight people overall therefore it feels strange that its a topic to many people.  Many people in society have lag on the issue or lack capacity due to old age or are suffering from previous society indoctrination.

Lets take russia as an example seems like they are still pumping out anti gay indoctrination, its probably for a simple reason like they feel more straight couples = more population and aren't happy with their own population growth rates.

IMO everyone is partly gay even if its 1%.

Do i read this right? I dont understand how anyone can be opposed to gay people, i dont see the logic. Its as if people want to jump in the gay persons skin and live their lifes in a "better" way for them. Its impossible humans are seperate entities.

Absolutelly neutral to them. It's more terryfying when they start to adopt children. Hard to explain when you have two dads, which means that this children won't have normal life in society.

Who would doubt the fact that everyone will write that they are natural men. But I wonder why create such a topic? Perhaps among us there are people other orientation, but they are afraid to express themselves.

So are saying that you are gay? Because you can help OP to reveal what is his/her identity. Btw being a gay is not bad as long you are not on relationship with other guy or married him. In that case you will committing a sin to GOD.

And this applies both men orientation. Of course no one wants to blame the rancher in erratic ways, but to understand the other is simply not possible.
