Title: How can be more productive online?
Post by: Kyhm on August 27, 2016, 11:14:48 PM
It's so hard for me to look for an online job.
I wan to work now but I am a mom and just an online surfer and I can't see myself productive in just surfing the net, where can I invest my time now? I try to work on pay-per-click, but I can see it so slow, because I think it's for only those who wants extra money, but still I'm working there because I don't have any choice. :) I'm still searching work.
Do you know any sites that the only investment is skills and time??
I can write an articles. I can perform tasks.
Even though they pay in minimum wage..
Thanks Mate!

Uhmmm. so i would just assume that u dont have computer skills like designing? if so put it people might need your services. i think i can suggest signature campaign. to some it up, this is where they can pay you just by posting senseful details. you post from anywhere in these threads as long as it is connected to the topic. look at this campaign, it has rules and it accepts newbies failure to obey rules would get you out. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1560376.0 . you can just anything or read things from this newbie section. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0

Its hard to earn money online these days. I would suggest you pick up a new skill that you may like(for example design , logos, UI designs etc), and then look for work online. There is a big demand for people who can offer these services, and if you are better than all those people over at freelancer and upwork, you will likely be able to sustain a good earning from that.

You are not being productive with these ppc you are doing. You are just wasting time. There is a lot of oportunity where you can earn money online. If you have your skills to offer try fiverr. There are plenty of chances here also here people are looking for a writer.

PPC is not worth for your time. Well, this forum would  really help you a lot if you are  seeking for  income. If you have skills then try to go  on services section and select those  possible jobs  that would fits  your skills and for sure you would earn from that it may be possible also that it would surpass you expected  minimum wage. Goodluck

My advice: don't waste your time on below-minimum-wage tasks that require no skill. Spend the time to learn employable skills instead.

You can make more than minimum wage.  :)

Well I think you can first invest your time in studying a skill and then when you think that you are ready for a job related to it then you can start applying. There are a lot of things you can learn in the internet. There are a lot of instructional videos that will let you learn new skills. Maybe you can also study something that you are passionate at and then you can use it to apply job online. There will always be opportunity if you look hard enough. As what they say "Hard work beats talent/skill when talent/skill fails to work hard".

This is probably the best advice you will get. Rather than waste time on low paying, no skill jobs now, which will return not much more than if you did nothing at all, you would be better off spending your time learning new skills to make yourself more marketable and able to pick up better paying jobs.

There are plenty of "free" online courses to help learn and develop all sorts of useful, in demand skills. I know that MIT offer all sorts of free online courses in a wide variety of topics (http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/find-by-topic/). Have a look through their catalogue and see if you can't find something that interests you.

Since you are a stay at home mom you can do captcha solving on Megatypers and also on 2captcha. In Megatypers if you have fast typing skills always join the tournaments you can win some extra money much more than in PPC when you win tournaments and you make more than PPC even if you don't win tournaments just by solving captchas.

You'd rather do it on upwork.com. you're account here is already tainted with red. You seem can write articles and respond to threads with acceptable grammar. lucky that you did learn all that.

English isn't my first tongue but I get to earn a job on upwork.com still. you may want to try this too. Go to upwork.com, create an account and find an easy job such as "forum poster" there are employers want their forum to look busy.

your suggestion on working on upwork is a good one but i think it is not so easy to get a job there. there is a lot of competition and mostly employers prefer experienced personals with good ratings.

Getting an online work is not hard if you are a skilled person and you know how to market yourself. Most of the people does not know the skill to market themselves online and hence they are unable to find good job. You need to spent a lot more time making up a good profile and most people do not consider this important and keep complaining they do not find good jobs.

Its not that hard to find a job if you have the skills. If you can showcase your skills and provide prove of work and that you have the portfolio that you can achieve what you promise to do, an employer can hire you on the spot. Writers can simply write some articles to prove yourself.

To be honest, your "I can write an article. I can perform tasks" line would never do you any good in this place. It's the Internet, everyone's competent and any thing or any field that you have thought of has someone in here that is exceptionally good. My recommendation is that you go read tons of stuffs and practice a lot. You'll never be get to the level of a Pioneer here so all you can do is accept how much you can get from the level of your skills and savor it.

Oh, and you're looking for minimum wage? What is that in your country, like 10-15$ per hour, right? We earn 20$ here in a week. You're most likely to die of hunger if you continue depending on pay-per-click sites. :)

my suggestion is don't make any investment on internet because almost all of them its scam, so if you really want to start online work, i suggest you register on facebook, add friends on your list, until your list have at least 500-1000 people, then you can start to sell stuff as affiliate. the product you can sell is like cloth, watch, bags and others. for affiliate, you can try to search dropshipping around you that ready to package and send the product into around the world, minimal in philipino.

i give this suggestion to you because many of my friends doing this, they are mom with many business in a day, but they have online business to which they offering product like i mention it. beside that, you can use blackberry and whatsapp to promote the product. don't be shy for first time. just be confidence that you will get your first money from internet.

but the most importing thing is you will need patient to do this, because its not a magic and its not a one night show, its need hard work for first time to attract many and many potential buyer.

Well as a matter of fact, as of now I am still with pay-per-click but I'm not spending there too much if I only have spare time. I am working with it and if I am really bored after all the job that I need to do. I would suggest that try to learn more about blogging and since you are able to write articles. You can offer your service at freelancing websites.

It does not matter which country you live in? If you know something better than others, you can join freelancing sites where you will be able to showcase your talent and get paid for it. You just need to have a few good reviews and you are done.

So many people wondering what is this thing of watching emails. I hope is nothing called a mailer where you earn 0.001 USD per watching a 8 second add. That's not what OP is looking. But if this is not a mailer website I would be interested to know too what this is all about regarding watching emails. Drop me a PM and let me know.
