Everyone here has seen his blatant pump and dump attempts on altcoins. Granted they have little to zero affect on price, but he's so blatant about it and no one does anything. He could potentially be hurting noobs out there...
The only thing that can be said about me is that I'm a perma bull on Litecoin based on fundamentals. This guy is actually trying to scalp people by day trading based on manipulating people (or so he tries). But posting in the wrong section is.. this belongs in Meta in my opinion. What makes him different than the rest of you shit posters ? The fact he sticks to one account or doesn't hide eventually ? Wanna talk about low quality posts ? Ever heard of "Minecache" or "Stoat" or their other collection of shit accounts. All shit posting about ETH ! Most of you talk shit like crazy then hide eventually when you have dumped & don't care anymore. So i don't see this guy as any different than the rest of you SHILLS. This guy in particular, if I'm not mistaken, tends to favor self-moderated threads, and that irks me but whatever. I don't see a reason to ban him unless he is obviously a permatroll. I haven't observed that, but I'm not a mod and don't really pay attention to that unless it's blatant. I love a good troll.

If you don't want to, read the forum rules again. Now if he's actually breaking the rules, then I'm all for a ban. But, I'm sorry to tell you that the people outlined above aren't susceptible to a ban unless they actually break the rules.
