I need help with my rank is not increasing to junior member even my time is complete and  my posts are above 45 still i am a potential newbie can ayone tell me whats wrong or what is the problem here .............i will really appreciate your help

Apparently, no one can help you, only time can. You have to wait until next Tuesday or next next Tuesday (not sure which one) but the activity count increases every 14 days. It does not increase day by day. Just because you're posting, doesn't mean that your activity count will increase as well, only your post count will. You might as well want to read this since you're a newbie (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133), you don't wanna violate a rule accidentally.

You really cant upgrade or  rank up your account immediately even  if you post  1000 post in a day because it really depends on potential activity on you account. You would gain 14 potential activity every 2 weeks/ Every Tuesday. Dont  rush into things because it would really takes time  to rank up your account better to read first the  beginners section you would get lot of  useful information's out there.

Thats the thing my time is complete already 4 weeks and still newbie thats the major problem here .........i meant that my time is complete and still i am a newbie i dont know why and thank you i think i will rank up this tuesday then

it is a simple way of getting activity but here is a limit of activity for a given days . in two weeks you will get 14 activity at first 14 post and after 14 days you will get your more 14 activity for next 14 post . so now you should wait for next count of 14 days .

You really can't do anything , now you should wait for total completely days of 4 weeks in the 5th week you will get your next 14 activity for next new post .

Yes you would rank up this coming tuesday just dont forget to post atleast once for that you would gained that 14 activity points add up on your  account. And thats how it works then after that you would wait again for another 2 weeks to gain another 14 activity points so on and so forth. Good luck buddy.

You have to wait for your two week block to be over, and then your rank will go up, (a max of 14) depending on how many posts you have.

so your 4 week join is 28 activity its true
in day you activity can up again

Making a huge number of posts doesn't get you to the next rank any more quickly than posting once per day. Your post count is going to be higher than your rank number.
