On youtube I don't depend on crappy anti-html5 adobe flash to watch videos since I can just use youtube-dl to get the videos or watch them in standards compliant WebM or h.264 if I use Chromium or Google Chrome.

Its probably too fresh if someone would put such videos there anyway. But why not use flash? I doubt that nowadays browsers let the flash-apps spy you in some way.
