Title: BitInstant- No payout Post by: Fightknightx on March 28, 2013, 05:16:31 PM I sent $100 USD to my bitcoin wallet. I have not received the funds yet, and it has been over 24 hours. Two support emails have yet to be responded to. I used BitInstant for their "fast service" and it was been well past "fast." I need the funds as I will be going on holiday next week.
Any help would be great. My orderID is as follows: ccc216f8-4f72-407a-9974-766a1125f1d2 The last transaction notification it is saying is: Wed Mar 27 16:05:51 2013 fa27e556-03f7-4d0b-9a10-329a89438ce5 MTGox Connection Error Will I be compensated for any lost bitcoins due to raising prices? Fixed I lost out on the opportunity to buy on the dip,, was pullin my hair out sub 80 got in at 89. It ended with the "MTGox Connection error" error. Guess I'll send an email to support.
I did another transaction using the Moneygram method, and it worked fine. [RESOLVED] 4/2/2013 - 1:30AM - It took four days and several attempts with support, but I received my BTC. Unfortunately at a rate about $20 more expensive than the day ordered. :( |
