I want to do the job and going to offer $20 for that 10,000 words at all. I think that is already a very reasonable price at all. But if you find someone that is going to offer lower then it's up to you. Well in upwork and fiver I believe the employer should make the initial offer, and then the applicants will bid if they can accept a lower pay. But anyway, as others have said maybe he's just trolling around |
