Signed message are the only way a person can proof the account he is selling or has belongs to that person, without a staked adress and signed message is quite hard to sell any rank account, atleast the buyer is taking the full risks.

can you tell me that what does meant by the potential that 114 . does it means that account can get activity about 114 only .
