Title: XILINX XC9572XL CPLD estimated mining performance? Post by: Drewbert on March 29, 2013, 02:16:12 AM Could someone please humour me by taking a look at the specs for the XC9572XL (-10TQ100C) and estimating the mining performance it could provide? http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/data_sheets/ds065.pdf More data available here --> http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/xc9500.htm Title: Re: XILINX XC9572XL CPLD estimated mining performance? If you could show me the maths, that would be nice as I might learn something, for a change. Title: Re: XILINX XC9572XL CPLD estimated mining performance? Post by: Dexter770221 on April 04, 2013, 10:00:42 AM Anythng below Cyclone III or Spartan3 is not worth to look at. And those are oldies, so expect very poor performance (like 1MH/s). Best performance/price ratio have Spartan6 LX150. Next gen Atrix7 will propably have even better and those are what is worth to look ATM.
