I was asking myself how did I get into bitcoin and I took a little to remember. The very beginning was when I was about to buy a graphic card . . . . I was googling it and find about bitcoin I was trying to got bitcoin but I was very hard to earn bitcoin.I was away and now am again come back....

I started with Bitcoin, Thats all was by chance happened, i saw some faucets but i don't believe on it, and after 2 or 3 months later, i was searching online job. Than suddenly i remember the BITCOIN, so i search about it but also my start was very hard to earn the bitcoin. Because i was doing faucets and it is illiterate me, than i joined Signature campaign. In short, but now i am happy with my bitcoins.

For me, while searching some hot stuffs to watch in youtube i came to know about bitcoin and how it is considered as currency and can work just like liberty reserve but in more secure way as well as decentralized. As i used to do few transactions in liberty i quickely checked how bitcoin works, and at first it was quite difficult for me to even figure out how to open account and how to use those long addresses.  ;D

I saw a random thread posted on reddit, so I did some research and played around with it. I’m more interested in the trading aspect more then I am interested in mining Bitcoins.that time mining was very easy I was mining using my PC but now mining very tough.

We are not the same history. i am starting and go to bitcoin when i was looking for a job online or part time job i saw a site where you can get paid to make your own essay and submit to the site you can choose either you receive payment in bitcoin or cash because we can withdraw it instantly in cash but first i search about bitcoin and starting to beginning collecting bitcoin..

How did I get into bitcoin because of my friend told me about his earning through online currency.
So I do some research about bitcoin, faucets and made several accounts of wallet but don't know how it works, lol.
After heard his explanation about bitcoin and then I can figure it out and know how to earn it.

How you feel considering that if you would buy bitcoin instead graphic card then, you would be millionaire now :D?

Yeah even I am here because of my friend, he introduced me to bitcoins and showed me how to earn it from signature campaign and other ways, and it has been an great journey so far.

I was always fond of earning money from internet so i was kind of a internet worm always looking around for places to earn pennies from, from ptc sites or other sources, and one day i saw bitcoin price in a website which was around 200$ that time and i was shocked that there is also a currency that has a that big value and i used to think it is easy to earn it back then because i was new to it.

I knew that there is a currency called bitcoin but I didn't knew how to earn it and I was not aware about this forum and signature campaign, but when I visited reditt I came to know about this forum.

I remember something from early 2011, but I couldn’t get the client to work and then bitcoin crashed and I lost interest. Then I returned in January 2012 upon seeing some article “Bitcoin alive and kicking” on reddit and was hooked. I can’t mine, I’d cook myself in this small flat so ended up trading. Invested 10 btc into trading . . . and rest is history.

10 btc is a huge amount to invest in trading, I am sure you would have made great profits by now, and I think you also took a huge risk of investing that high capital at initial stage.

I get Bitcoins to accept them as payment for goods and services or to purchase them from a friend or someone near you. I also can buy directly from the exchange with my bank account before I start using Bitcoin, there are some things I need to know to use it ... I can get Bitcoins to accept them as payment for goods and services

I did get into bitcoin when I was looking for something profitable with google and with the keyword "online earning profit" and then a lot of PTC's and other online money making generators are coming but when I saw bitcoin this is really new to me and it made me curious. Until I started some tutorials with faucets.

I saw a video on youtube to earn money with bitcoin, so I started to research on google and I came to know about this forum so after spending enough time here I found different ways of earning it.

Hunt for money attracted me. When I first heard about bitcoin I wondered how to earn bitcoin for free then one of my friend told me about hashocean from there my bitcoin life started, after hashocean I came to know about coince then after seeing the opportunity to earn interest arose in my mind and I googled more abot how to earn bitcoin and found bitcointalk. The best source to earn free with little hard work.

I was not at all interested in bitcoins at initial stage, but my friend forcefully brought me on this forum and ask me join signature campaign and after that I started to enjoy the concept of bitcoins.

About two years ago, i always bought books in online store, and i saw new book, it was digital currency then i bought it. I was learn about bitcoin, cloud mining and trading until right now.

That's great that you found a book on digital currency as I have never experience that and most of the times I am on computer so I prefer to research from online resources.

The first time i heard bitcoin was from my friend, he showed me the money he earned from bitcoin and he only mention bitcoin and asked me to searched by myself, and then i started to search and learn about bitcoin, the next day he asked me was whether i want to join him in buying mining equipment, even though i am not sure but i just joined him, that is the first time i earned bitcoin

I don't think people are buying books for bitcoin and go throughing that because at present most of the people use YouTube and Google and refer their doubts and I came into bitcoin by my friend who is staying with me in my room and grace of God.

There's a lot of way to earn bitcoin online all you need to do is to have internet of course so that you can able to earn bitcoin every month, But if you don't have internet then you can't earn bitcoin first in beginning you can start reading here on bitcointalk forum or you can start with faucets where you can use that to earn cents then post and make your rank higher so that you can join in some signature campaign.

There are multiple ways of earning bitcoins depending on your skills and I feel the most safest way is to earn from signature campaign as it doesn't involve any risks.

Well, the first time when I saw Bitcoin was also when I was searching for a new graphic card for gaming. I saw this video on Youtube about mining

with GPU's and I was hooked in, but the first time I dealt with Bitcoin was when a guy told me about it at a friends Birthday party. I thought the guy

was a bit of a Geek, but today this guy is super wealthy, because he got in very early.  :(

And sometimes I feel that I missed the boat in the past if I would have not ignored bitcoin when I first heard in 2010 then I would be living some different life today.

The first time I read about BTC in mid of 2012 in an online tech article.
But at that time I thought it's just some other dumb internet currency which will disappear pretty soon and I also haven't checked it's background in terms of how it works.

Then after it spiked in late 2013 and had been in all the news again I thought I need to have a closer look at it.
So I started to read the white paper, studied as much as possible and understood what Bitcoin is about.
But I waited a very long time before I bought my first Bitcoin as I knew already a bit how financial markets worked.Good decision as we now know how deep and long the bearmarket was.

Mine, I see it in facebook group that many of my friends in facebook earning here in bitcoin, then Il try to earn in faucets, I faill because its hard to earn here, I give up in faucets because I think too small profit there, then I try to invest in ponzi and they scammed me many times, I give up bitcoin at that time and this year is my comeback, I learn bitcointalk and it is so easy to earn because im just posting and earning more than in faucets.

Thanks to my friend who brought my on this forum and bought an full member account for me so that I can join signature campaign and start earning bitcoins.

A friend of mine brought me into the world of bitcoin..he have me steps and guildlines and tell me what bitcoin is really is, and since then have embrace into btc world.loving it.

Found it on google while searching for different methods for earning money on internet, wasn't much interested in it though as that time all i knew about was faucets and got bored of them most of the times but later on came again started claiming faucets and at the end came to this forum and got freedom from faucets.

if you come to this forum, the best way to get bitcoin to join the signature campaign, a good result is also a stable income :)
at least you have to increase your account until the member.

I got into Bitcoin around 3 years ago in 2013 soon after the value had spiked to $1,200 or whatever amount of money it was being traded at. I started out finding out what Bitcoin was/is and then I proceeded to get into faucets, and eventually I made my way to this forum and I made my account here. That basically sums up how I started doing a lot of my things with Bitcoin, and I've been basically getting capital ever since.

As what I remembered I have no interest at first with bitcoins as they said it is hard to get 1 btc.  I have no idea what it was and so because of my friend inspired me to have extra source of income I landed on btc.  I never had a huge amount of it but I must say that I am proud on what and how much I earn.  It was the fruit of my hardwork.

I first heard about bitcoin on the alex jones show when he had Max Kaiser on.  needless to say i didnt buy any which i should have cause i think they were like 10cent each at the time....... :'(

I got into bitcoin just a year ago so I don't have that much experience in it as many others in the forum but I get by.
I read about it in a magazine article in the business news. They were saying it was not going to last and it was just a fad. They were wrong and I glad they were. ;D
Now I am learning about it and have accumulate enough beyond my wildest dreams. :)

some years ago, I was learning how the actual 'global monetary system' was working.. I was really shocked to understand how much flawed, broken and doomed to fail it was..

I start looking for alternative mean of exchanging value, and I finally found Bitcoin after many other less interesting alternative to whealth transfer/control I read about.  
Scince then, I learn a lot over few thousands hours of reading and communicating/traging/sharing with the community members, forum, IRC etc..

Bitcoin forever is my conclusion, far more trustworthy and efficient than anything else AFAIK !

I get into bitcoin from my friend. At college my friends have told bitcoin to me and he can earn a lot of money from bitcoin. I am interested and I asked to be taught how to profit in bitcoin. I was directed to be active in this forum and I use a signature campaign. Now the results that I obtained very tolerable to add my income.

Same situation here, when i try to search  for a mobile phone then i saw  bitcoin payments which is  new to my view and then i tried to  google about  bitcoin then i try those faucets to earn bitcoin  but as same as you said  earning bitcoin is  hard but still i didnt quit and find some way and  gladly i found this forum which is very helpful in my bitcoin career.

I started claiming from faucets to know more about the bitcoin, after that I opened a faucet to users claims so I can earn with ads, well, any website can earn bitcoin from ads.
You also can try starting a lending service, start doing trades(learn about it before).
Well, you can ask for your boss to pay you in bitcoin instead of fiat, or sell stuffs for bitcoin.
I think there's a lot of opportunities for the coin.

I was just reading reddit as I usually do, in late 2013. Then i saw news about the new currency, bitcoin. Then created an account in btc-e.com and experienced the gox thing. Luckily I wasn't harmed by it, In fact, i made some profits. I am here since then.

Because you get to learn alot and be a part of ICOs. I used to think how to get information before it hit coindesk and cointelegraph, bitcointalk was my answer!  ;D :)

I got into bitcoin when one of my friends in facebook posted about bitcoin. He showed that he earned and bought something from it. That is when i got curious about it. I ask him how he earned from it then he taught me. He taught the different ways to earn it and also the risks of it.

Its long story even have some proof as when I enter into cryptomarket.

I do some research first and open some wallet but didn't know how to have a good way to earn bitcoin because faucets just give a little bit and then he told me about this forum. It's nice to start and try to earn bitcoin.

Yup this forum will give you better in compare to fauctes and I am here only because of my friend and he never suggested me to go for faucets as he made it very clear that it will waste your time.

I believe I was it on 4chan where there was a hype when BTC hit the 1k price, that got me. Then I started reading and researching, and now I love it. :D

Pretty much a coincidence, There was a popular online forum regarding earning money online and I was a member, One of them owned me some money and gave me a BTC code, That was how I first came in contact with bitcoin, Didn't follow up with BTC until this year though.

I got into Bitcoin basically because I was interested in earning some additional money and I had heard of Bitcoin back in 2013 when everything was a pretty huge thing, and I decided to see if it was still kicking. I came to this forum within about a day of starting it back up again, and next thing you know I've been here for 8 months.

first time i get bitcoin is from faucet. in first time, i don't know what is bitcoin wallet and where i can have it. after i searching on google, i found that wallet can be get into market exchanger, and there are blockchain.info for another wallet. then i remember if i made an account on blockchain.info in 2009 geez i realize that actually i know bitcoin for long time ago but i don't realize if i have wallet on blockchain, but unfortunately i don't buy bitcoin when the price is really low  :'( after i register on market exchanger, i am searching where is the wallet, i wonder if this for example 1lofdisju5298jhf is the wallet or not? and i am trying to add in wallet address at faucet site and complete the captcha and then i got the satoshi in faucetbox.com before i got on my wallet in market exchanger. i really not sure what is bitcoin but i still continue to play, until now i still play faucet but its only from freebitco.in and freedoge.co.in

First time I get into Bitcoin was from several monthes when I were checking an earning money blog , then I find a blog about how to earn money with Bitcoin , after that Bitcoin caught my attention more and more , and now I am very happy because I have joined this community .

It quite relates to what happened to me but there is some difference like you have got it from a blog and i got it from google where i was also looking for more ways of earning money.

I got in to Bitcoin because the friend of a uncle of mine was in to it and so he taught me everything that you need to know if you want to make some extra money with Bitcoin.
Now I am here doing my thing to make some more money.

I was searching for a new topic to post on my blog which is in a local language, then I came to know about bitcoin on some new technology blog and then I researched about it and posted bitcoin article series on my blog.

I was not yet involved in bitcoin but I guess after one year I came across this community and since I had a bitcoin domain to sell, I sold it here and earned my first bitcoin (though I converted it in fiat at that time).

Default situation, i came to my friend and he showed me new currency that should change the world very soon, and i desided to try it when i came home.

I was reading the financial news sometime back in 2013, and that was when bitcoin was bubbling over into the $1000s.  It was a hot commodity, and then somehow I found this forum, and I then had kind of a passive interest in it for a while.  It seemed, and still seems to an extent, like funny-money.  It doesn't really exist and yet it has real value.  It's mysterious and fascinating, still, after 3 years and counting.

My story - A wealthy client of my company kept bugging me about how well he'd done with bitcoin investment. I was very sceptical but in the end thought fuck it & bought my 1st bitcoin. As far as i remember, it was a rainy evening when my phone keeps on ringing. A call from a friend, they told me that he need a money for his verry important school project. And he will pay me using bitcoin. That time i was curious ,so i do research about bitcoin. Then i got my answers that i was looking for. From that evening i become a bitcoin lover. Thats how i began with bitcoin.

I am getting bitcoin from my source like joining in some signature campaign , twtitter campaign , facebook campaign it just a source of income every week that could help me with my weekly expenses hope this will not end that fast because i need bitcoin to exchange it into fiat.

I think you did not understand the question, it is not asking that how do you get bitcoins but it is asking if how did you get into the world of bitcoin, means how did you join bitcoin community? And you are saying how you are earning your bitcoins every week which is completely out of topic.

An officemate introduced me to it and she said that she is buying bitcoin and then selling it if the price goes up. I am not really interested during that time but after a few months, I read it in the news that its price is going up so that's the time I became interested in it and search about it after. I am glad that I knew it existed because I believe that it has really potential and I believe that it's one of the ways to achieve my goals.

Accidentally, I was surfing on the net, like many times I was looking for some online earning. I never had some success with that, and I saw bitcoin somewhere and start to search more and more. I'm into bitcoins more then a year now and things are going great for me. In some moment's bitcoin was a real life saver for me, and I'm more dedicated now then ever before.
I can say that I'm a bit addicted on all this, I come here everyday, reading million things, comment, search for some ways to make some prlfit.

It was by accident, actualy. I was searching some financial topics and run into some article about digital currencies and Bitcoin. That topic was interesting for my and I started to explore deeper, reading more materials. After a while I've decided to try this new virtual currency so I have bought some and start little trading. Now I can't even imagine that I'm not into Bitcoin world.

I was helping a friend and his wish included a software that was being sold on bitcointalk. So, I registered to buy that software and later I read about bitcoin on this forum and I became interested in it and the discussion where I participated in kept my interest for a long-term relationship :)

I remember some close friends told me about Bitcoin and its features since around 2 years ago, and then i joined the forum and startedf learning more about Bitcoin and crypto currencies in general

well there are not too much well paid online jobs in my opinion and bitcoins are not the solution too though i got in the same way

A couple of my friends where back in the days already into it so I stepped into it because they told me it was profitable and the future of the currency from nowadays.

I get into bitcoin is caused from two years ago i joining in the stellar airdrop and after i can selling stellar and converting into the fiat money i joining more into bitcoin and until this time but i made a worst mistake for selling all of my stellar at the time.

i got into bitcoin because i thought of the currency as an investment. i remember seeing on the news that bitcoin skyrocketed and hit $1000 each, so i decided to see what it was about and its been great ever since.

A friend told me about bitcoin. It was a kind of new techology and involved money. It did not take much too convince me from there. I googled it and within a week I found bitcointalk. Then i started to learn more and more about bitcoin and offcourse the altcoins.

the same for me, i learnt about it from my friend actually and it was really cool that i found out about it

I was a project of stellar.I got some stellar and find how to exchange my stellar and cash out.I was found exchanger where stellar exchange to bitcoin.stellar was not easy to cash out but bitcoin is very easy to cash out.just that was my first experience. :)

I knew bitcoin from my friends, at that time he mentioned about how to get some extra income from internet, at first i wasn't interested because for me internet is full of scammed and lies, but he asked me to try, i started with lazy attitude, but after my first earning from faucets succeed, i got a feeling this will be a good thing, that was my first encountered with bitcoin

Me too i ask my self then i remember it i begin bitcoin since 2013 i know bitcoin in my friend told me about bitcoin that time the way i know to get bitcoin is only faucet. Yeah looking for extra money brought me to bitcoins and before that I have gone through many scam sites for earning money online so initially it was even hard to trust bitcoins but finally everything was smooth.

It was actually my father who got involved first. He heard the news about Roth Ulbricht and all that Silk Road stuff and became interesting in this new kind of money that is different from everything he knows. Someone told me about bitcoin that i can earn money by claiming faucet so that i try it but its so small. Its good that you found different ways to earn them on your own, as it was only possible for me because one of my colleague showed me to earn it in different ways or else I would never come to know about it.

well we're not the same haha. Actually my friend introduced bitcoin since he joined here but in my part i thought it was just nothing and i just ignored that. But the time when he explained us much about bitcoin, then im a little bit curious about it so i decided to joined here. Well it is very interesting because i found out that it is an internet currency and I can make transactions using bitcoin.

I got into Bitcoin when I was searching for online bank which gives the oppotunity for everyone to work and receive money online, whereas Paypal and other banks restrict my country, but when I discovered Bitcoin, everything has changed, I restored my hope in earning money from the internet.

it was in 2013 when I graduated from secondary vocational schools. then I tried to find a job, but I still difficult to get the job. until finally I tried to make money from the internet. The first thing I did when it was played on PTC, but the result is very small. until in the end when it was on my facebook homepage many people are busy talking about bitcoin. then I was interested to try it, because I was quite surprised with the price of the bitcoin hit $1000 and since then I use bitcoin to date.

I got it in her because my friend of mine told me about this, but he first time he told me about bitcoin, I was not really that interested because it has a low payment but he said to me that it was just for temporary because every time that your rank goes up, your salary will increase, but I just ignored him. Then after a months that passed by, I was curious what was his rank, and then he showed it to me and then I'm surprised that he was already in Sr. Member and his salary per month is not that bad also that is why I've also try on doing it that's why I'm here in bitcoin.

I was reading a Wired article on Bitcoin and Silk Road back in April 2011 or so. After that I started to look into Bitcoin a bit more and thought the concept of a cryptocurrency was pretty awesome. Before you know it, I was purchasing a nid range GPU to mine a bit  . . . . and this was when the price was sub $10 and difficulty was under 500k. Good times.. if only I had kept my coins instead of selling them right away.

What now after returning to bitcoin whether there were plans to go again, once you know what it's like bitcoin and how valuable, because more people hunting

I actually got into bitcoin by playing freebitco.in thought idea to win $200 an hour or so made me want to play. Later on I slowly started looking for more free ways to get bitcoin. Now I currently trade, chat, mine, and stake cryptocurrency. Its been an learning curve for me  glad I found bitcoin. :)

I got into bitcoin because of my friend. He told me that everyone is going to know the future of money, it's important to have an advantage first according to the future. Being first means it could have an opportunity, so I took it and registered here. I understand that you could earn here and the unique thing about this forum is the signature campaigns.

I started here in bitcoin is because of my friends. They influence me to try it out. And also I can also see what they are earning. Little by little it makes sense. At first it is very minimal amount. Then suddenly, they get to earn a huge amount of money. I am quite regretful that I did not start earlier, I should have many bitcoins now.

I started with altcoins mid 2015 when an intern at the company I was working at told me about how to start mining with cheap tablets and smartphones. I started with a $5 Galaxy Rush, $40 generic Allwinner tablet (both bought "just to play with"), and a Nook Color. After finding that the return is pretty decent, I then bought a pair of $5 ZTE Paragons to add to the cluster, which paid for themselves in a week. Later on, I got two $10 ZTE Speeds and then 3 $20 Moto Es just for mining, all of which paid for themselves in a week or two. (Sadly, those days are long past and break even with a $20 smartphone is now about 2 months if the difficulty doesn't increase further.)

My friend told me about bitcoin and cryptocurrency 2 years ago. We were supposed to start together, but I was too lazy and didn't really believe that I will gain anything significant from it. But now, he has bought a gaming pc and a PS4 all from money he earned via bitcointalk. So yeah, now I'm starting over again too.  ;D

Way back 2014 I always see bitcoin advertisements on social medias and that time I ignored bitcoin then last year my friend told me that he gained lots of money in bitcoin and then first I didn't believe on him but when he withdrawn his assets and I see lots of money I ask him to teach me how to gain money using bitcoin and that's the reason why I'm involved in crypto today.

When i meet my school friend, one of my friends already success from bitcoin and introduce it. that why i join this crypto currency

So i was in need of money lately and while hanging out with some friends, they showed me a way to earn some money when i just had to sit at home with a computer. Sounded tempting so i let them showed me what to do and i found out this forum, which helps me a lot to learn more about bitcoin. I'm currently haven't earned much but time will tells i guess.

I got into the thread but I was convinced by the old guys there to just get a real job

What a good question you asked me to answer?  I got to know about cryptocurrency when I went to my friend who introduced bitcoin to me as a genuine way of providing for future if someone could invest in it

My college friend introduce me this forum. He told me to make a profile in this forum and i was like "for what?" Then suddenly i realized that i needed this one and i am enjoying this now  ;D Learning more about cryptocurrency and making a way to earn more

I got to know BTC on youtube. But a friend explained to me well.

I have been hearing about bitcoin for months now but it is only now that I got into it. I started reading about it a couple of weeks ago right about the time I joined in and I am still going slow, because I want to make sure I know everything before I bet on a bigger amount.

I get into because earlier I need something to buy I saw payment gateway called Bitcoin I use it because was the most cheap (fee). But of course I need to learn how to buy it, what is wallet etc.

It was long ago when my computer master skills developed into coding and other tools.

I enter the bitcoin for a friend who first passed me pages to earn $$ then he and I started learning about the bitcoin although many people did not have faith in the cryptocurrency but look now, those people should be pulling their hair not to believe by a crypto of the future.
