I do not want to pay upto 60-70$ do a stranger who looks trustworthy on the forum. I am looking for a well established place that I can buy it. You may check the Digital goods board but a safe way to buy playstation games is by buying first Sony PlayStation Gift Card and then purchase whatever game you want.
