You can send bitcoin to multiple address from your blockchain or any online wallet in one transaction so you only have to pay fee of one to send bitcoin to multiple address. You can automate this process using api but that need some coding knowledge.

I know few faucets which pays through Coinbase , so maybe they are using some kind of Coinbase API.
